• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Kraken's data-driven products and strategies. You will lead a team of talented engineers and analysts, guiding them to transform vast datasets from complex systems into actionable insights that drive critical business decisions across the organization.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire data lifecycle, from defining data requirements and ensuring data integrity to building robust analytics and management reporting dashboards. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, client engagement, finance, and other enterprise-level teams to embed data insights into major business priorities and enable data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• • A key aspect of this role involves partnering with our data engineering and enterprise systems teams. You will play a crucial part in defining, planning, implementing, and supporting the underlying data infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and meets the evolving needs of the business.
• • You will lead the definition of data requirements and establish controls to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the company's analytics and management reporting. This includes driving projects focused on assessing current data and process infrastructure to align with team objectives and company goals.
• • Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting data analysis and reporting requirements, building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge repository and technical documentation libraries for our data lake and reporting systems. This ensures that knowledge is shared effectively and that our data assets are well-understood and accessible.
• • As a leader, you will actively manage your team's workflow, running stand-up meetings and workgroup sessions. You will be adept at identifying action items, proactively addressing blockers, and ensuring projects remain on track and are delivered efficiently.
• • This role requires a strategic mindset, balancing long-term technology investments with immediate business needs. You will drive the strategy for data products and platforms, including the development of self-serve analytics capabilities, empowering more users across the company to leverage data effectively.
• • You will work closely with product and business leaders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), design insightful dashboards, and establish clear success metrics for product performance. Your ability to align data strategy with overarching company and product goals will be critical to our success.
