📋 Description

• • Lead and scale a team of Forward Deployed Engineers working on high-priority, customer-facing projects for strategic partners, including Fortune 500 companies and top AI labs.
• • Manage and grow a team of engineers across multiple customer engagements, serving as the senior technical and delivery partner to research and partner teams.
• • Build the operating system for intake, triage, prioritization, capacity planning, and execution across competing requests while driving alignment between Engineering, Product, Research, and Operations.
• • Ensure customer-facing solutions are built with strong engineering fundamentals: reliability, observability, security, documentation, and maintainability.
• • Develop senior individual contributors and people managers through performance management, expectation setting, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
