Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure-IAM

📋 Description

• • As Senior Engineering Manager for Infrastructure-IAM at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will own the platform that empowers feature teams to build and ship features fast, reliably, and cost-effectively. This role is critical to enabling developer velocity across the organization by providing world-class build pipelines, Terraform-based cloud foundations, disciplined AWS account governance, and cost optimization strategies.
• • Day to day, you will design and evolve CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure, own Terraform-based infrastructure standards and module libraries, lead AWS account organization and governance (including IAM strategy, account vending, tagging, and Control Tower), drive cloud cost optimization through visibility and FinOps practices, build self-service developer tooling, hire and mentor infrastructure engineers, define and execute a technical roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy, and partner cross-functionally with product, security, and feature engineering teams.
