- • Lead a part of the Platform group focused on building tools and systems to improve the software development lifecycle, supporting hundreds of engineers across the company and driving innovation through AI integration and experimentation.
- • Manage multi-disciplinary squads, provide accountability for team initiatives, develop technical strategy with technical leaders, and act as a point of reference for leadership and stakeholders while mentoring and coaching team members.
- • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, facilitate OKR processes, enhance communication between teams, set and communicate team roadmaps, and manage project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
- • Foster a culture of continuous learning, lean development, and psychological safety; mentor and develop future leaders; embrace the 'you build it, you run it' philosophy; and contribute to making healthcare more human through technology in a fully remote, inclusive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep, hands-on experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle, such as improving code writing, reviewing, or refactoring.
- • Strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional engineering approaches to solve complex technical problems.
- • Experience leading and managing teams that build and operate systems at high-traffic, cloud-native scale (e.g., multi-region).
- • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through major architectural transitions while maintaining high delivery speed and team morale.
- • Solid technical background across the full SDLC to support and unblock teams in complex technical discussions.
- • Leadership experience in R&D, AI solutions, or related fields with a lean, proactive, and positive mindset focused on sustainable impact.
