- • Lead a part of the Platform group focused on building tools and systems to improve the software development lifecycle, supporting hundreds of engineers across the company.
- • Manage and represent a team of multi-disciplinary squads, providing accountability for all initiatives and acting as a point of reference for leadership and stakeholders.
- • Drive AI integration in products, foster experimentation and prototyping, and support strategic direction while receiving mentorship and support as needed.
- • Develop people through guidance, mentorship, coaching, regular feedback, and performance assessments, helping team members set and achieve personal career goals.
- • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards, manage project scopes and objectives, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, tech, product, legal, and security teams.
- • Embrace the 'you build it, you run it' philosophy, approach software development with a lean, proactive, and positive mindset, and believe in continuous learning and improvement.
- • Contribute to making the healthcare experience more human by aligning technical work with the mission of empowering patients and supporting doctors through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep, hands-on experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle, such as improving how code is written, reviewed, or refactored.
- • Strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional engineering approaches to solve complex technical problems.
- • Experience leading and managing teams that build and operate systems at a high-traffic scale (e.g., multi-region, cloud-native).
- • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead engineering teams through major architectural transitions while maintaining high delivery speed and team morale.
- • Solid technical background related to the whole SDLC, capable of supporting and unblocking teams in complex technical discussions.
- • Demonstrated leadership experience in R&D, AI Solutions, or related fields.
