- • Own the full lifecycle relationship for a book of 25–40 Enterprise customers in the healthcare industry, driving net revenue retention and ARR growth through adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- • Develop and execute customized account and value plans that align Freshpaint’s privacy-first data platform with each customer’s business outcomes, ensuring measurable impact and long-term retention.
- • Lead end-to-end renewal, upsell, and cross-sell processes using a disciplined commercial approach, from early expansion signals to contract closure.
- • Conduct structured executive check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that connect Freshpaint usage to tangible business results and future product roadmap alignment.
- • Leverage Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor account health, forecast revenue accurately, and prioritize engagement based on data-driven insights.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Support, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales teams to remove customer blockers and unlock new value opportunities.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customer champions and executive sponsors, building deep, strategic relationships grounded in healthcare compliance and digital transformation needs.
- • Translate complex technical and compliance concepts—such as PHI handling and HIPAA requirements—between marketers, data teams, engineers, and C-level stakeholders to drive adoption.
- • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, disciplined account planning, and accurate forecasting to ensure operational excellence across your portfolio.
- • Travel up to 30% for onsite customer visits, industry conferences, and company-wide events to strengthen relationships and represent Freshpaint in key healthcare markets.
- • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product improvements and customer needs based on direct feedback and usage patterns.
- • Navigate the unique regulatory landscape of healthcare, helping organizations use modern analytics and advertising tools without exposing protected health information.
- • Proactively identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer workflows, tech stacks, and evolving compliance priorities within hospitals, digital health companies, and life sciences organizations.
- • Drive customer success by ensuring Freshpaint is deeply integrated across the customer’s digital ecosystem, from website tracking to data warehouses and marketing platforms.
- • Deliver clear, compelling presentations to C-level audiences, articulating ROI, risk mitigation, and strategic value with precision and confidence.
- • Operate with high ownership in a remote, fast-paced, early-stage environment where initiative, adaptability, and self-direction are essential to success.
