- • As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Drata, you’ll be at the forefront of helping global companies build trust at scale by advising on complex compliance programs and turning Drata into a strategic pillar of their security posture.
- • You’ll lead strategic relationships with enterprise customers, drive outcomes through success plans and KPI tracking, guide customers through frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, and FedRAMP, and own key moments across the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
- • You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to translate customer feedback into action, influence product roadmap, and champion continuous improvement in both customer success and internal processes.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven team of 600+ people worldwide that values trust, speed, continuous growth, and operates with an owner-operator mentality, precision, velocity, and customer obsession.
- • You’ll develop deep expertise in enterprise compliance, strengthen executive communication skills, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor shaping how global organizations scale securely.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and how they apply to customer environments and business outcomes.
- • 5+ years of experience in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management, supporting enterprise customers or programs.
- • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on enterprise engagement and long-term customer value.
