  • • In this crucial role, you will be the primary advocate for our German-speaking enterprise customers, guiding them through their entire journey with the Immersive One platform, from initial onboarding to successful renewal and expansion.
  • • Your core objective will be to ensure our customers achieve their strategic cyber resilience goals by effectively leveraging the capabilities of the Immersive One platform, demonstrating tangible outcomes and accelerating their time to value.
  • • You will be instrumental in fostering deep, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • • This role demands a proactive, consultative approach, focusing on understanding customer needs and aligning Immersive Labs' solutions to meet and exceed their evolving cyber security objectives.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer success plans, including onboarding strategies, ongoing engagement programs, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve conducting regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with senior client leadership, showcasing the value delivered by Immersive Labs and identifying opportunities for further growth and collaboration.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Solution Consulting teams to support Proofs of Value (POVs) with existing customers, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales engagement.
  • • By partnering with our Cyber Resilience Advisors, Product Marketing, and Cyber & Engineering teams, you will act as the voice of the customer, providing invaluable feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • • You will meticulously monitor customer health metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and proactively address any concerns or challenges, working cross-functionally to ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • • Identifying and nurturing opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within your account portfolio will be essential, contributing directly to the expansion of customer relationships and increased account penetration.
  • • You will be expected to develop and implement strategic communication plans to ensure consistent and impactful engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, keeping clients informed of new features, best practices, and relevant industry trends.
  • • This role requires exceptional planning, presentation, and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • • You will leverage your expertise in implementing customer solutions and client management to drive successful adoption and ongoing utilization of the Immersive One platform.
  • • Project management skills are vital, as you will be responsible for managing multiple customer initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven years of experience in senior Customer Success, Account Management, or equivalent within a SaaS environment.
  • • Experience in Cybersecurity or Cyber Risk Management is strongly preferred.
  • • Exceptional planning, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • • Experience in implementing customer solutions and client management.
  • • Experience in project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to completion, along with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • • Ability to maintain a high-valued outcome-based relationship with a diverse customer profile base.
  • • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • • Based in central Germany, with good travel links (preferred, but not strictly essential for remote).
