- • As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ClickUp, you will serve as a critical technical partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams, directly contributing to revenue growth by designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that address complex customer needs and accelerate deal closure.
- • You will partner with sales and success teams to deliver compelling technical presentations that clearly articulate ClickUp’s product capabilities, integrations, and value proposition to prospective and existing enterprise clients, translating technical features into business outcomes.
- • You will design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Value (PoV) projects, creating customized demonstrations that showcase how ClickUp solves unique workflow challenges and drives measurable ROI for clients.
- • You will build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients’ leadership teams, leveraging ClickUp’s reporting and analytics features to visualize productivity gains, resource allocation, and process improvements aligned with customer objectives.
- • You will assist with the functional and technical components of RFPs and security questionnaires, ensuring accurate, timely, and technically sound responses that support enterprise sales cycles and compliance requirements.
- • You will stay current on new feature releases, AI enhancements, and platform updates, maintaining updated demo environments and sales enablement materials to ensure the sales team has access to the most relevant and compelling product narratives.
- • You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify gaps in functionality, and contribute to product improvements based on real-world enterprise use cases.
- • You will apply business process mapping and diagramming techniques to understand client workflows, recommend optimal ClickUp configurations, and guide change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and organizational alignment.
- • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, managing multiple concurrent PoVs and client engagements while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines with initiative and optimism.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technology role, preferably in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
- • 2+ years of proven success working directly with enterprise-level clients, including understanding complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and strategic account expansion.
- • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI & LLMs, integration platforms (such as Workato, Zapier, Unito, or Integromat), web services, APIs, and cloud-based application deployment processes.
- • Demonstrated ability in business process modeling, value-based selling, and creating compelling technical narratives that influence both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead workshops, deliver demos, and facilitate technical discussions with C-level and cross-functional audiences.
- • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a high-growth, collaborative, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
