• • Pear Tree is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator specializing in Piling and Excavation to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila, Philippines. This pivotal role is central to our proactive approach to project development, requiring the successful candidate to deliver exceptionally accurate take-offs and comprehensive cost analyses for intricate piling and excavation projects. • • As a Senior Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to execute highly accurate and detailed "Take Offs" with remarkable ease. This encompasses a wide range of groundworks, piling, and excavation projects, demanding meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of construction methodologies. You will be adept at quantifying materials, labor, and equipment required for these complex tasks, translating blueprints and project specifications into precise measurements.
• • Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive and competitive cost estimates for sophisticated structural solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, bored piling, Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piling, and specialized hand piling techniques. Your estimates will need to reflect a thorough understanding of the technical nuances of each method, ensuring that all associated costs, risks, and potential variations are accurately accounted for. This requires not only a strong grasp of construction costs but also an ability to foresee potential challenges and opportunities.
