- • As a Senior Executive, Insurance Operations at MoneyHero Group Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the brokerage firm’s daily operations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making insurance accessible and beneficial for consumers across Greater Southeast Asia.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing operational workflows, developing and improving policies and procedures, conducting gap analyses to enhance efficiency, performing preliminary product line evaluations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring regulatory changes, and preparing data-driven reports to support strategic decision-making.
- • You will be part of the Insurance team within MoneyHero Group, a Nasdaq-listed fintech leader serving over 7.4 million monthly unique users across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan, working with more than 270 commercial partners to deliver innovative financial solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in insurance brokerage operations, strengthen your analytical and process optimization skills, gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing fintech environment, and position yourself for career advancement within a company committed to professional growth and internal mobility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field
- • Possession of CMFAS certifications (BCP, PGI, and/or CGI)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
