📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for C-level and senior leadership roles including CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CRO, VP, and Director-level positions for U.S.-based high-growth and established companies.
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with founders, CEOs, boards, and hiring managers to define, scope, and refine executive search requirements and leadership criteria.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing clients with insights on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive executive talent through outbound recruiting, headhunting, and networking.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple industries and geographic regions, particularly in Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
• Conduct executive-level interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, technical expertise, cultural fit, and organizational impact.
• Present qualified candidates with comprehensive evaluations, detailed recommendations, and data-driven insights to support client decision-making.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, professional approach from initial outreach through offer negotiation and placement.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, stakeholder alignment, offer discussions, and closing activities to ensure seamless transitions for candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all searches, candidate profiles, and pipeline metrics within the company’s ATS and CRM systems.
• Stay current on executive talent trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence to inform search strategies and client advisory.
• Manage multiple concurrent executive searches while maintaining high standards of quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based clients during their business hours, requiring availability aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Support remote and globally distributed organizations by recruiting executive talent across international markets.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the executive search function through successful placements and long-term client partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for C-level and executive leadership positions for U.S.-based companies.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives across multiple industries and functions.
• Strong experience conducting intake calls and consulting directly with hiring managers, founders, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify and engage passive executive talent.
• Experience recruiting across multinational markets, particularly in Latin America, Europe, and/or Africa.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with senior executives and clients.
