- • The Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager is a key member of the Feasibility Department at Precision for Medicine, responsible for supporting pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects to enable successful clinical trial execution for biotech and pharma clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting pre-award feasibility analysis (competitive, historical recruitment, epidemiology, site and country analysis), reviewing clinical protocols and study plans, presenting findings to business development and clients, collaborating with internal and external partners, performing site outreach, and supporting post-award feasibility deliverables including site identification, enrollment modeling, and engagement with patient advocacy groups.
- • Precision for Medicine is a scientifically driven CRO specializing in Oncology and Rare Disease, integrating clinical trial execution with deep scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences to improve the speed, cost, and success rate of bringing life-changing therapies to patients.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in global feasibility analysis, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain exposure to innovative clinical trial strategies, and contribute to projects that maintain the company’s competitive edge in precision medicine.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline
- • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis, site identification, or clinical trial support
- • Strong management and organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication in English (professional level)
- • Advanced IT and data analysis skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms
- • Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP and strong analytical, presentation, and attention-to-detail abilities
