• • As a rapidly growing Dutch company with a global vision, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our dynamic team in the USA. This pivotal role is instrumental in bridging the critical gap between our cutting-edge technology and our valued customers, ensuring seamless integration and driving product evolution.
• • In this role, you will be the primary technical liaison for our clients, building and nurturing deep, trust-based relationships with their engineering management and technical architects. You will serve as their go-to expert, providing comprehensive support throughout their design and implementation journey.
• • A significant aspect of your responsibility will involve proactively addressing customer technical inquiries and challenges. You will empower our clients to accelerate their development cycles by leveraging Innatera's processors, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting.
• • You will play a key role in educating our customer base by collaborating with our internal engineering teams to organize and deliver impactful workshops and training sessions. This will ensure customers are well-equipped to harness the full potential of our technology.
• • Guiding customers through the entire design process is paramount. This includes conducting thorough architecture reviews, providing detailed schematic reviews, offering hands-on design-in support, and educating them on the intricate features and functionalities of our products.
• • You will be a strategic partner to our Sales team, actively identifying new opportunities and articulating the compelling value proposition of Innatera's neuromorphic processors. Your technical expertise will be crucial in securing new design wins and expanding our market presence.
• • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product Owner teams, ensuring that field insights are effectively translated into tangible product enhancements and strategic roadmaps.
• • A core function of this role is to act as the voice of the customer within Innatera. You will meticulously translate customer feedback, real-world usage scenarios, and emerging market needs into actionable insights for our product development and engineering teams, directly influencing the future direction of our technology.
• • This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, demanding frequent travel throughout North America to provide essential on-site support to our diverse client base. The ability to adapt to different customer environments and provide immediate, effective solutions is crucial.
