📋 Description

• • As a Senior Field Implementation Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will serve as the primary technical lead for installing and commissioning complex public safety solutions at customer sites across the USA, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and production-ready through hands-on field work and remote support.
• • Day to day, you will travel to customer sites to install, configure, and integrate NICE recording and monitoring solutions with telephony, networking, and server environments; troubleshoot technical issues; complete Installation Test Procedures; document as-builts; provide system administration training; and manage time reporting and ticketing systems while maintaining strong customer communication.
