  • • As a Senior Finance Manager, you will occupy a high-visibility role within The Zebra's Finance department. This position is pivotal in building and managing core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reporting, planning, and analytical functions that are essential for executive leadership's strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include generating critical insights and actionable recommendations for leadership, supporting the development of comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts, and meticulously analyzing performance against these established plans.
  • • Leveraging your analytical prowess and ambitious drive, you will be instrumental in identifying and implementing practical solutions that directly contribute to The Zebra's sustained growth and enhanced profitability. This role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to strengthen foundational financial processes, significantly improve the speed and quality of financial reporting, and elevate the strategic partnership between the Finance department and other business units.
  • • **Financial Reporting and Analysis:**
  • • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial performance analyses, translating complex data into clear, concise presentations for executives and the Board of Directors.
  • • Serve as a dedicated business partner to various functional teams, assisting them in developing accurate headcount and operating expense budgets and forecasts, while also closely monitoring and optimizing vendor expenditures.
  • • Continuously monitor financial performance against strategic goals, proactively identifying emerging trends, significant variances, and potential risks.
  • • Conduct in-depth analyses of financial data to provide robust support for critical business decisions.
  • • **Financial Strategy and Planning:**
  • • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team, aimed at driving top-line growth and improving overall profitability.
  • • Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting process, which includes developing long-term financial plans and sophisticated forecasting models.
  • • Develop and implement innovative financial strategies that are tightly aligned with the company's overarching goals and strategic objectives.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Partnership:**
  • • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business managers across the organization, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor who delivers data-driven insights.
  • • Effectively align stakeholders on key assumptions, critical inputs, and performance goals, ensuring that forecasting processes remain coordinated, credible, and consistently executed.
  • • **Financial Operations:**
  • • Maintain and continuously enhance internal controls and financial policies to ensure strict compliance and uphold the highest standards of accuracy.
  • • Drive significant improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.
