- • Partner with business teams including Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve internal workflows and outcomes
- • Conduct discovery sessions with non-technical stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of internal AI-powered applications, from prototyping and stakeholder validation through deployment, rollout, and production adoption
- • Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Augment as the primary development environment to build and iterate on AI-enabled applications
- • Operate independently on standalone internal tools while collaborating with central Engineering teams when integration with core systems or production platforms is required
- • Make engineering trade-offs balancing speed of delivery with reliability, security, and maintainability, tailored to an internal user base
- • Deploy and operate applications on a major cloud provider, ensuring compliance with application security practices for systems handling sensitive company data
- • Own deployed tools post-launch, including providing ongoing support, iterating based on real user feedback, and managing maintenance cycles
- • Produce comprehensive documentation, conduct user training sessions, and manage rollout strategies to drive adoption across business units
- • Contribute reusable components, patterns, and learnings back to the AI Guild to scale best practices across the organization
- • Define scope for initial releases, prioritize features, and determine completion criteria using strong product judgment
- • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders through written requirements, specifications, documentation, and regular updates
- • Work with cross-functional teams across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England in a digital-first hybrid environment
- • Contribute to shaping the future of private markets by embedding AI intelligence into Juniper Square’s platform workflows
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional experience shipping production software end to end, with hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications
- • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into product requirements and deliver working software against them
- • Full-stack engineering capability across data, services, and user interfaces
- • Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Augment
- • Experience deploying and operating applications on a major cloud provider
- • Working knowledge of application security practices for systems handling sensitive company data
