• • We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to become a key member of our Finance team. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on driving financial clarity and strategic insights through rigorous data analysis and model building.
• • This position is distinct from traditional finance business partnering or governance roles. Your primary focus will be on hands-on data work, developing sophisticated financial and operational models, dissecting performance trends, and translating complex data signals into clear, actionable recommendations for our Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams.
• • You will excel in this role if you possess a deep-seated passion for numbers, a strong understanding of SaaS business models and product-led growth (PLG) dynamics, and a proven ability to manage analyses from inception to completion.
• • Key responsibilities include building, maintaining, and continuously enhancing financial and operational models that are crucial for accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and effective performance tracking.
• • You will be instrumental in analyzing core SaaS and PLG metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), expansion revenue, churn rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion funnels, critically linking these metrics to underlying business drivers.
• • A significant aspect of the role involves close collaboration with Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams. You will work to understand their performance drivers and surface valuable insights, operating in a consultative capacity rather than as a traditional financial gatekeeper.
• • You will be responsible for transforming intricate datasets into compelling narratives and clear, data-driven recommendations that directly inform strategic decision-making across various departments.
• • You will own the development and maintenance of recurring analyses, insightful dashboards, and comprehensive reports, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, user-friendliness, and timely delivery.
• • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing detailed, bottoms-up analysis grounded in robust financial modeling and data interpretation.
• • Proactively identify and implement improvements in our data utilization, analytical tools, and operational processes to deepen our understanding of the business and enhance decision-making capabilities.
