📋 Description

• Define and evolve the frontend technical roadmap in alignment with product and company goals for a client specializing in modern fundraising solutions
• Design and build scalable, high-performance user interfaces across web and mobile platforms using React.js and React Native
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless, cohesive user experiences
• Establish and maintain frontend best practices, coding standards, and reusable design patterns across the codebase
• Own and improve frontend build, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient releases
• Lead code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable frontend code
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through feedback, pairing sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Monitor and optimize frontend performance using metrics, logs, and monitoring tools to enhance user experience
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and UX issues to improve system responsiveness and accessibility
• Champion testing, reliability, and maintainability by implementing comprehensive test coverage with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and Detox
• Build and contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Utilize Storybook or similar tools to document and maintain reusable UI components
• Apply modern frontend architecture principles including component-driven design and state management with Redux, Zustand, or equivalent
• Work with Next.js, Expo, Webpack, Vite, and other modern build tools to optimize development workflows
• Integrate with APIs and third-party services to enable dynamic, data-driven user interfaces
• Implement observability practices including frontend monitoring, logging, and performance tracking
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance productivity and code quality
• Maintain a strong focus on web accessibility, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, usability, and development efficiency across the frontend team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development, including senior-level responsibilities
• Expertise in React.js, React Native, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, component-driven design, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Experience with Next.js, Expo, Webpack, Vite, and modern build tools
• Proficiency with testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and Detox
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and deployment processes
