📋 Description

• As a Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer focused on Web Performance & Growth, you will be a technical leader driving initiatives that directly impact user experience, platform performance, and conversion rates for a leading real estate technology platform.
• You will own high-stakes projects end-to-end, with a specific focus on the unauthenticated and early-funnel user journey, architecting scalable systems using React and Next.js, implementing robust experimentation strategies, and elevating technical standards across the engineering organization.
• You will work with TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600+ skilled tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies on impactful digital transformation projects.
• You will collaborate with a data-driven real estate client transforming the rental experience through a smart, seamless, and transparent marketplace, leveraging high-performance web technology to simplify home searches for millions of users.
• In this role, you will learn and achieve mastery in performance engineering, data-driven growth strategies, observability, and full-stack integration while mentoring engineers and shaping platform-wide technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building modern, large-scale web applications
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, caching, and Lighthouse optimization
• Proven experience designing and running A/B tests and managing gradual feature rollouts
• Strong experience with analytics, tracking, and telemetry systems
• Experience working across the stack (Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails) and integrating with complex APIs
