📋 Description

• As a Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer focused on Web Performance & Growth, you will be a technical leader driving initiatives that directly impact user experience, platform performance, and conversion rates for a leading real estate technology platform.
• You will own high-stakes projects end-to-end, architecting scalable systems using React and Next.js, optimizing Core Web Vitals, implementing A/B testing and feature flags, and improving authentication flows and observability to elevate the technical standards of the engineering organization.
• You will join TrueLogic, a nearshore staff augmentation provider with 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies on impactful digital transformation projects, including this client’s data-driven real estate platform serving millions of users.
• In this role, you will mentor engineers, improve developer experience, contribute to SEO and CMS integrations, and grow your expertise by working on high-impact projects with top American companies while enjoying autonomy and career growth in a supportive, global culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building modern, large-scale web applications
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, caching, and Lighthouse optimization
• Proven experience designing and running A/B tests and managing gradual feature rollouts
• Strong experience with analytics, tracking, and telemetry systems
• Experience working across the stack (Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails) and integrating with complex APIs
• Ability to make high-level architectural decisions balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability
