📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of custom internal tools that power 900 Hostinger employees and indirectly delight 4 million global customers. From whiteboard sketch to production deployment, you will architect, code, test, and maintain PHP-driven back-end services and Vue-powered front-end interfaces that automate everything from HR onboarding flows to finance reconciliation.
• • Design and evolve a micro-service ecosystem that currently processes thousands of requests per minute. You will decide when to refactor, when to introduce new services, and how to keep the codebase scalable, secure, and observable while continuously shipping value.
• • Integrate best-of-breed SaaS platforms (think HRIS, ERP, ticketing, anti-abuse engines) through robust REST APIs and webhooks, ensuring data consistency, idempotency, and graceful failure handling across 150 countries and multiple jurisdictions.
• • Champion automated quality: write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests that run in Dockerized CI pipelines, achieving >85 % coverage and enabling fearless daily deployments to production.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Abuse-prevention teams to translate fuzzy business pain points into precise technical requirements, then deliver MVPs in days—not months.
• • Monitor, profile, and optimize services using centralized logging, distributed tracing, and real-time alerting. You will be the first responder when latency spikes or error budgets are breached, turning incidents into actionable post-mortems.
• • Mentor mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and lightning talks inside TesoXchange, Hostinger’s internal knowledge-sharing program. Your feedback will shape the next generation of Hostinger engineers.
• • Drive the roadmap for internal automation initiatives such as self-healing abuse detection, zero-touch employee provisioning, and AI-assisted customer support triage—projects that directly reduce manual workload and unlock company-wide productivity gains.
