📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end development of new product modules that will be used by 50,000+ remote employees across 100 countries. You will architect, code, test and deploy features that let IT teams ship, track and retrieve laptops, monitors and accessories with one click.
• • Shape the technical roadmap alongside the CTO and a cross-functional squad of designers, product managers and fellow engineers. Your decisions on Laravel service structure, React component libraries and database indexing will directly determine how fast we can scale to the next 120,000 devices.
• • Build resilient, reusable APIs that integrate with global logistics partners, MDM tools and finance systems. You will write clean, test-driven PHP in Laravel and elegant React hooks that turn complex workflows—like multi-currency invoicing or customs documentation—into a seamless user experience.
• • Champion code quality through rigorous pull-request reviews, automated testing (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress) and continuous deployment pipelines on GitHub Actions. Expect to push to production multiple times per day while keeping our 99.9 % uptime record intact.
• • Optimise performance at scale: profile MySQL queries, introduce caching layers (Redis, Laravel Horizon queues) and refactor legacy code so that pages load in <200 ms even when 10,000 concurrent users are requesting equipment during onboarding season.
• • Collaborate with Customer Success to translate real-world pain points into elegant software. You will join support calls, analyse usage data and iterate quickly so that an IT admin in Tokyo can onboard a new hire in São Paulo before their first coffee break.
• • Mentor junior developers through pair programming, lunch-and-learn sessions and clear documentation. Your ability to explain dependency injection or React state management in plain English will level-up the entire team and reinforce our culture of shared ownership.
• • Experiment fearlessly: prototype AI-driven inventory forecasting, explore serverless edge functions for faster global delivery or pilot a self-service returns portal. We maintain a 20 % innovation budget so your wildest ideas can become core features.
• • Ensure bullet-proof security and GDPR compliance across every endpoint. You will conduct threat modelling, implement OAuth2 flows and keep dependencies patched so that Fortune 500 clients trust us with their employee data.
