🎯 Requirements
- • 7–15 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capability (frontend and backend)
- • Proven track record building and scaling web platforms through periods of high growth
- • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, founding-team-driven environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experienced working in remote, distributed teams
- • Authorized to work in the United States — visa sponsorship is not available

- • Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 USD annually
