📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and features spanning both client-side and server-side components using React.js, Python, and Django.
• Build and own integration flows with third-party APIs, webhooks, and partner systems, ensuring reliable data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across high-volume streaming and batch pipelines.
• Develop and scale data pipelines handling large-scale marketing data using technologies including Druid, Trino, Kafka, Iceberg, Snowflake, and EMR, ensuring accuracy and low-latency performance.
• Integrate and leverage AI infrastructure and tools such as LLMs, OpenAI technologies, and AI agents to power customer-facing features like AI-powered campaign analysis and conversational marketing insights.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate complex marketing analytics requirements into intuitive, data-driven user experiences.
• Implement and maintain backend services that process and unify marketing data from hundreds of sources across mobile, web, and cross-channel platforms.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across ingestion, storage, and analytics layers, with strict focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven products such as Creative IQ, Singular MCP, and the Singular AI Agent, enabling users to interact with marketing data through natural language and automated insights.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from architecture and implementation to deployment, testing, and post-launch optimization.
• Proactively identify system gaps, technical debt, and performance bottlenecks, then drive improvements across the engineering stack.
• Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as Kubernetes, Redis, DynamoDB, and Postgres to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Participate in cross-functional troubleshooting of production issues with customer-facing teams to resolve edge cases and improve partner integration reliability.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry tools, and apply them to enhance Singular’s core platform and customer offerings.
• Contribute to a professional, collaborative R&D environment focused on knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and high-impact product development in a fast-paced startup setting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer with frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in modern frontend development frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Experience with backend development technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and high-volume data processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and infrastructure tools like Kubernetes.
