📋 Description

• • Architect and own the end-to-end AI research platform that Fortune 500 manufacturers, retailers, and logistics giants rely on to turn billions of in-person conversations into executive-grade strategic intelligence. You will ship production-grade code that surfaces insights from conversations that were previously lost the moment they were spoken.
• • Build and scale a full-stack system that ingests, processes, and analyzes massive volumes of offline conversation data in real time. You’ll work across React front-end interfaces, Python micro-services, and GPU-accelerated AI inference pipelines to deliver a product that closes enterprise deals fast and shows immediate ROI.
• • Wrangle state-of-the-art AI models in production—fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing inference latency, and ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance—so that customers can ask natural-language questions and receive board-ready answers within seconds.
• • Iterate directly with multi-billion-dollar customers, translating their messy, real-world problems into elegant technical solutions. You’ll sit in on user interviews, run live prototypes, and ship fixes the same day, embodying our value of “own the outcome” from first idea to measurable customer impact.
• • Design resilient, horizontally-scalable infrastructure on AWS/GCP that can burst to handle global manufacturing shifts, holiday retail spikes, and 24/7 logistics operations without missing a single insight. You’ll instrument everything with observability and alerting so the system heals itself before customers notice.
• • Craft intuitive, lightning-fast React dashboards that turn complex AI outputs into clear, actionable narratives for C-suite executives. You’ll obsess over every millisecond of load time and every pixel of clarity, because our users make million-dollar decisions based on what they see.
• • Collaborate with a founding team from Harvard, Princeton, Meta, Insight Partners, and IBM who have already built and exited companies. You’ll participate in weekly “clarity through chaos” sessions where we whiteboard hard problems, challenge assumptions with intellectual honesty, and ship solutions by Friday.
• • Establish engineering best practices that scale from scrappy 0-to-1 prototypes to SOC-2-compliant, enterprise-grade systems. You’ll write clean, test-covered code, automate CI/CD, and mentor future hires while still moving at startup speed.
