📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our award-winning AI Marketing SaaS platform. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a product that is revolutionizing partner-driven growth at scale, working with cutting-edge AI technologies and a talented group of engineers.
• In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable systems and features that span across our entire technology stack. Your responsibilities will be approximately 70% backend-focused and 30% frontend-focused, allowing you to leverage your deep expertise in backend development while also contributing significantly to the user-facing aspects of our platform.
• You will work hands-on across the backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers, taking ownership of critical components and ensuring their reliability, performance, and scalability. This position is ideal for engineers who thrive in high-growth environments, possess a strong systems-thinking approach, and are passionate about shipping production-ready solutions that have a tangible impact.
• Your core responsibilities will include designing and building scalable full-stack features, meticulously crafting them with an API-driven architecture to ensure seamless integration and future extensibility. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining distributed systems, with a paramount focus on ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and unwavering reliability.
• Collaboration will be a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and leadership, to collaboratively plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact projects that align with our strategic goals.
• A strong emphasis will be placed on writing clean, well-documented, testable, and maintainable code. We value long-term code health and scalability, ensuring that our platform can grow and adapt to future demands.
• You will be at the forefront of integrating Artificial Intelligence into our development workflows. This includes leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance coding efficiency, improve testing methodologies, and refine our monitoring capabilities, making our development process smarter and more effective.
• A critical part of your role will involve identifying and proactively resolving performance bottlenecks across the entire technology stack, from database queries to API responses and frontend rendering.
• You will contribute to and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, championing automated testing strategies and deployment best practices to ensure rapid, reliable, and safe releases.
• We expect you to take full ownership of features, guiding them from the initial design phase through to production deployment and ongoing optimization, demonstrating a commitment to the entire lifecycle of our product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in building and operating production-grade SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in backend development, specifically with PHP and the Laravel framework, coupled with extensive experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated experience with a modern frontend framework (expert level required), with previous working experience in Angular being a significant advantage.
• Proven, hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into software development workflows, including practical application in coding, testing, or monitoring.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in designing, scaling, and operating distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• A track record of successfully shipping full-stack applications that meet high availability and performance requirements.
