- • Senior Full-Stack Engineer role focused on shaping core app experiences for Chime members, ensuring intuitive and reliable financial interactions.
- • Own and evolve key app surfaces including navigation and primary screens, build frontend features in React Native and backend services in Ruby on Rails, contribute to GraphQL APIs and server-driven UI systems.
- • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and drive continuous improvement through sprint ceremonies and frontend guild activities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and React Native
- • Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails for backend development and building large-scale distributed systems
- • Product mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and mentorship abilities

- • Competitive salary range of $187,000 to $259,000 with bonus and equity eligibility
