📋 Description

• Build end-to-end full-stack data and analytics features that transform raw healthcare data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams, including dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
• Design and develop data models, transformations, and pipelines using Python and SQL to turn messy, evolving healthcare datasets into reliable, well-structured data products.
• Create and maintain modern frontend interfaces using React, Vue, or equivalent frameworks to visualize complex data for rehab therapy businesses, their staff, and patients.
• Develop and integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows to automate data transformation, analysis, and application development while ensuring system reliability and maintainability.
• Own the full lifecycle of analytics products—from data ingestion and modeling to deployment and iteration—ensuring high standards for data quality, observability, and performance.
• Partner with Product, Client Success, Growth, and Operations teams to understand workflows, define success metrics, and deliver data products that drive measurable improvements in care and efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis-driven investigations to uncover insights that inform product roadmap decisions and operational optimizations.
• Influence the strategic direction of Prompt’s data engineering architecture and analytics platform, aligning technical decisions with business goals and scalability needs.
• Ship high-quality, production-ready code for both internal analytics systems and external client-facing data products used by hundreds of rehab therapy organizations.
• Maintain and evolve data infrastructure to support rapid growth, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare data standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet real-world clinical and operational needs.
• Continuously improve development velocity by leveraging modern AI tooling such as code agents and automation frameworks to accelerate feature delivery without compromising code integrity.
• Contribute to the technical growth of the team through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring while remaining hands-on with a high volume of direct code contribution.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving data sources and shifting priorities, maintaining focus on delivering tangible value to patients and providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack web development and data modeling/analysis
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation, analysis, and analytic pipeline development
• Experience building backend servers and modern frontend interfaces (React, Vue, or equivalent) for data-rich applications
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI and LLM-powered development tools (code agents, automation frameworks) and a track record of using them to ship higher-quality work faster
• Proven ability to work with complex, messy, and evolving data sources and turn them into reliable, well-modeled datasets
• Experience designing, building, and operating end-to-end data workflows — from raw data ingestion through transformation, modeling, and downstream analysis
