Your primary focus will be on developing clean, secure, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to industry best practices and contributing to the operational excellence of our platform.
- • You will be instrumental in extending and maintaining our next-generation platform, a critical component of Awin's success. This involves not only writing high-quality code but also actively participating in the entire software development lifecycle. From conceptualization and design to deployment, support, and ongoing maintenance, you will take ownership and drive initiatives forward.

This requires a deep understanding of both the business domain and the technical landscape.
- • You will be expected to operate within a well-defined and refined product backlog, embracing agile methodologies and practices. This includes actively participating in team ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

- • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform. This requires strong analytical and debugging skills.
- • Effective communication is paramount. This platform is designed to enable seamless, high-value connections between advertisers and publishers, delivering intuitive, user-friendly front-end experiences powered by robust, scalable, and secure back-end technologies.
- • Our work is deeply rooted in industry best practices and is specifically designed to support Awin’s long-term growth, performance, and innovation. We are embracing a cloud-first strategy on AWS, providing you with the opportunity to work with an exciting array of modern technologies including Java 21 or greater, Spring Boot, SQS/SNS, SQL/NoSQL databases, Angular, Docker, and more.
- • You will be expected to take a leading role throughout the lifecycle of a service or product, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment, support, and maintenance. This involves balancing effort and outcome, proactively addressing risks, and ensuring that our services consistently meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.
- • This role offers significant scope for professional growth, allowing you to gain extensive knowledge and experience within the dynamic online and affiliate marketplace. Your contributions will be vital in overcoming technical challenges and ensuring the continued success and innovation of our platform.
