📋 Description

• Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, joining a dynamic U.S.-based SaaS company at the forefront of revolutionizing talent discovery and engagement. This is a unique, 6-month contract opportunity to leverage your extensive expertise in C#, .NET Core, and modern architectural patterns to build and enhance a cutting-edge, AI-powered hiring platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment technology, contributing to a product that has already facilitated over 70 million video interviews and 200 million candidate engagements for more than 1,200 global clients.
• As a key member of an agile engineering team, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure backend services and RESTful APIs. Your primary technology stack will include C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework, ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of critical application components. You will be deeply involved in designing and implementing solutions that adhere to best practices in software architecture, specifically focusing on patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS). These principles will guide the creation of modular, maintainable, and highly scalable systems, capable of handling complex business logic and large volumes of data.
• Your responsibilities will extend to the database layer, where you will work extensively with SQL Server. This includes designing efficient database schemas, writing optimized stored procedures, and meticulously tuning queries to ensure peak performance. Proficiency in Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6) is essential for effective Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and streamlined data access, enabling you to translate complex data requirements into functional code.
• A core tenet of this role is a commitment to code quality and ownership. You will be expected to write clean, well-documented, and highly testable code. In line with a 'Shift Left / No QA' team philosophy, you will take full responsibility for the quality of your work, encompassing unit, integration, and performance testing. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise or SaaS software development.

• Demonstrated experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or similar.
