- • Build and maintain .NET 10 Web APIs using clean dependency injection and asynchronous programming in C# 14.
- • Strictly adhere to an established Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Onion/Hexagonal hybrid architecture to ensure codebase decoupling and maintainability.
- • Implement and maintain secure API integrations with enterprise payment ecosystems including J.P. Morgan Chase, Stripe, and Square.
- • Handle complex SQL Server transactions, optimize query performance, and maintain versioned API contracts using OpenAPI/Swashbuckle.
- • Maintain and optimize read-heavy Razor Views, View Components, and Partials for server-side rendered web interfaces.
- • Utilize Tailwind CSS, HTMX, or Alpine.js to build clean, responsive, and interactive UI layouts without heavy JavaScript frameworks.
- • Enforce traditional web security patterns including POST-Redirect-GET (PRG) and antiforgery tokens for secure form submissions.
- • Ensure PII and financial data (e.g., credit card numbers) are never exposed, stored, or logged within the application.
- • Safely consume cloud configurations and credentials managed via Azure Key Vault and Azure App Services.
- • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests using MSTest/NUnit and Playwright to ensure system reliability.
- • Operate autonomously as a solo individual contributor within an Azure DevOps Agile/Kanban framework.
- • Collaborate with a U.S.-based B2B digital marketing agency on high-impact, enterprise-grade digital platforms.
- • Work within a strictly defined technical architecture without defining new direction or leading engineering teams.
- • Maintain compliance with data privacy standards through application-level security controls and secure handling of financial data.
- • Contribute to a codebase that prioritizes stability, security, and long-term maintainability over rapid feature iteration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in software development, with 5+ years dedicated to .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (Web API & MVC Razor)
- • Strong proficiency with .NET 10 and C# 14 (Async, DI)
- • Proven expertise working within established DDD, Onion, or Hexagonal patterns
- • Hands-on integration experience with major financial APIs (e.g., J.P. Morgan Chase, Stripe, Square)
- • Deep understanding of server-side rendering, HTTP lifecycle, antiforgery tokens, and POST-Redirect-GET (PRG) pattern
- • Strong SQL Server transaction optimization skills and experience with Azure configuration management (App Services, APIM, Key Vault)
