📋 Description

• We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.
• We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Data Abstractions & Tools team, responsible for how users bring their data into the platform and put it to work.
• The ideal candidate will have shipped full-stack code in production, excel in fast-paced environments, and have strong coding abilities and a user-centric mindset.
• You will design, build, ship, and maintain features across the full stack for our roadmap surfaces, collaborate closely with Product, UX, and the modeling team, and raise the engineering bar.
• You will use AI actively in your work, while staying accountable for the quality and reliability of what you ship.

🎯 Requirements

• Have shipped (lots of) fullstack code (Python and React) in production
• Excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
• Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack
• Have built and deployed extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users
• Think like a product owner, not just an engineer
• Have strong opinions on what makes a great user experience and aren't afraid to push back on designs or specs that don't serve the user
• Have owned features end-to-end: from understanding the user problem, to shipping, to measuring impact
