• • In your first 3-6 months, you will be instrumental in driving key product initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering multiple high-impact features that directly enhance customer workflows and streamline their documentation processes. You will be responsible for shipping robust, maintainable code written in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, ensuring comprehensive test coverage to guarantee reliability and stability. A critical objective will be to improve platform performance and scalability by at least 20%, directly contributing to a superior user experience. Furthermore, you will take the lead in making crucial technical decisions for new integrations and API enhancements, shaping the technical direction of the platform. A vital aspect of this role involves mentoring junior engineers, fostering their growth, and elevating the overall code quality and development velocity of the team.
