📋 Description

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on Web3 Product Innovation at Trust Wallet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized finance by identifying and building breakthrough product experiences that empower over 70 million users to securely manage and grow their digital assets in an evolving on-chain economy.
• You will operate at the cutting edge of blockchain innovation, translating emerging trends in AI, DeFi, and account abstraction into tangible, user-facing features that differentiate Trust Wallet in a competitive Web3 landscape while driving measurable impact on product adoption and engagement.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and validating new product opportunities through user insights, market analysis, and technology scouting within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem, then leading end-to-end 0→1 development of experimental features from concept to production deployment.
• You will design and build innovative user-facing features leveraging AI integrations, DeFi protocols, account abstraction (ERC-4337/EIP-7702), and multi-chain capabilities to create differentiated experiences that enhance wallet usability and functionality.
• You will architect and implement full-stack solutions spanning backend services (APIs, data pipelines, blockchain integrations) and frontend interfaces (mobile/web using React, React Native, or Next.js), ensuring high performance, security, and scalability across all layers.
• You will develop internal tools and automation systems that significantly improve team efficiency, streamline workflows, and support rapid experimentation across product and engineering teams.
• You will write clean, well-tested, production-ready code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to align technical execution with strategic goals.
• You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, making independent trade-off decisions and driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision, embodying a bias for action and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven full-stack capabilities spanning backend development and frontend implementation using modern frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping 0→1 products or features from concept through production at scale, particularly in innovative or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with crypto/Web3 technologies including DeFi protocols, smart contract interactions, wallet infrastructure, on-chain data, and token economics.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language and modern frontend frameworks such as React, React Native, or Next.js.
• Experience with blockchain-specific innovations like account abstraction (ERC-4337/EIP-7702), multi-chain architecture, or real-time blockchain data pipelines.
• Background in applying AI/ML in production, especially LLM integrations, AI agents, or intelligent automation systems.
