• You will be instrumental in building new software systems, deploying greenfield solutions using the latest technologies. This role demands a strong backend development expertise, particularly with Node.js, and a solid understanding of frontend frameworks like React.js. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of features and products, from API development and integration with user interfaces to ensuring seamless deployment and performance.
• The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of building robust APIs, integrating them with sophisticated UIs, and seeing features and products through the entirety of the tech stack. Experience working within both startup and corporate environments is highly valued, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. • You will translate complex business requirements into elegant and efficient software solutions. This involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define technical strategies, architect scalable systems, and implement robust features.
• Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will also be involved in frontend development using React.js, contributing to the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• You will architect and implement RESTful APIs and potentially GraphQL endpoints, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable data exchange between the frontend and backend.
• You will be responsible for database design and management, working with technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar, to ensure data integrity and optimize query performance.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and maintaining high standards of code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques to enhance our development processes and product offerings.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap of our projects, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term viability.
• Potentially assist with a variety of exciting projects, including but not limited to transportation management systems, med-tech solutions, digital consumer aid products, legal tech products, productivity solutions, and Web3 initiatives, providing you with broad exposure to different domains and challenges.

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Node.js.
