📋 Description

• Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role at New Wave Capital Limited (operating as Capital on Tap), a fast-growing fintech company dedicated to empowering small business owners through an all-in-one business credit card and spend management platform serving over 200,000 businesses globally, with a mission to reach 1 million by 2030.
• You will build robust, scalable, and user-centric financial technology solutions from concept to production, owning the full software development lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful products that save small businesses time and money.
• Part of a remote-first engineering team based in Poland, working within a profitable, innovative fintech environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing across peers.
• You will design and develop backend systems using C# and .NET Core, craft responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces with React and JavaScript, and contribute to mobile experiences using Flutter and Dart, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• You will write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve system reliability and performance to uphold high-quality standards for end users.
• You will partner closely with Product Managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers in an Agile environment, translating business goals into technical solutions while fostering a supportive, collaborative team culture.
• You will grow your expertise in cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), modern databases (SQL Server and MongoDB), and emerging technologies, positioning yourself at the forefront of fintech innovation while advancing your technical and professional capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React for building responsive user interfaces
• Strong understanding of database technologies and experience with both SQL and NoSQL systems (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Solid testing practices, including unit and integration testing
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning new technologies, including mobile frameworks like Flutter and Dart
