📋 Description

• As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Super.Com, you will be at the forefront of technical innovation, tackling the most complex challenges across our cutting-edge fintech, travel, and superapp products. You will be a pivotal technical leader, driving the development of new features and the underlying engines and frameworks that power our rapidly growing platform. • You will own critical components of our technology stack, from user-facing interfaces built with React to robust backend microservices powered by Python and Node.js. Your responsibilities will extend to the entire lifecycle of features, services, caches, and databases, encompassing deployment, vigilant monitoring, meticulous debugging, and comprehensive testing. This end-to-end ownership ensures the reliability and performance of our systems.
• A core aspect of this role involves upholding and elevating our standards for code quality. Through rigorous code reviews, you will guide your peers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior developers, sharing your expertise, and fostering their growth within the engineering team. • You will actively participate in cross-functional team projects, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and execute our technical roadmap. This involves engaging with external partners and contributing to strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
• Embracing a data-driven approach is paramount. You will be encouraged to conduct experiments for nearly every feature launch, leveraging tools like Amplitude to measure impact and iterate based on user behavior and business outcomes. This customer-centric mindset ensures that our development efforts are always aligned with user needs and market demands.
• The technology stack you will work with is modern and robust, including React for the frontend, and Python and Node.js for backend microservices. You'll leverage Postgres for data storage, Redis for caching, and Snowflake for our data warehouse. Version control and CI/CD are managed through Gitlab, with our infrastructure hosted on AWS, utilizing Kubernetes and RDS. We place a strong emphasis on observability, employing Datadog for monitoring and alerting, and Amplitude, Hotjar, and LogRocket for client-side analytics and experimentation.
• You will contribute to the evolution of our design system, working with Material-UI and our internal component library, and collaborating with designers using Figma for mock-ups. Integration with a multitude of third-party services is also a key part of our architecture, supporting compliance, risk, and security policies.
• This role offers a clear growth path. You can choose to deepen your technical expertise by progressing on the Individual Contributor (IC) track towards a Staff Software Engineer role, or pivot towards leadership by moving into an Engineering Manager position. 🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of backend experience with Python or Node.js.
• 2+ years of frontend experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Proven ability to work effectively on both backend and frontend aspects of the stack.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience thriving in an agile team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and uphold high standards for code quality.
• Experience with system design and modern web technologies.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
