• • As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Humana Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) technology by building a brand-new Pharmacy Benefits application that supports millions of members, pharmacists, and clinical partners.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical leadership and mentorship, participating in Agile stand-ups and project planning, reviewing solution designs, developing low-level designs, standardizing QA processes, collaborating across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure teams, and using AI tools to accelerate development and documentation.
• • You will join a high-performing engineering team within Humana, a Fortune 100 healthcare technology leader, where your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of benefits adjudication and claims processing through modernized, resilient, and scalable systems.
