• • As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end design, development, and scaling of our modern web applications. This is a highly impactful, individual contributor role offering significant autonomy. You will take full ownership of features from conception to deployment, contributing meaningfully to architectural decisions, establishing quality benchmarks, and refining delivery methodologies within our remote-first operational framework.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire technology stack, encompassing the frontend user interface, backend services, robust APIs, efficient asynchronous processing, and resilient data layers. The features you ship will be characterized by their reliability, security, and long-term sustainability, directly contributing to the value delivered to our diverse clientele.
• • You will be a key architect in shaping our product's technical direction. This involves designing and implementing modular .NET services and contemporary React frontends that are not only performant and reliable but also elegant and adaptable to a wide spectrum of real-world customer environments. Your contributions will ensure our applications remain responsive and user-friendly, regardless of the operational context.
• • A significant part of your role will involve owning and refining our data foundation. You will be responsible for designing high-performance PostgreSQL schemas and meticulously crafting Entity Framework Core (EF Core) queries. These will serve as the definitive source of truth for our core business logic, permission systems, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), requiring a careful balance of accuracy, clarity, and scalability to support our growing user base and complex data requirements.
• • Engineering for performance at scale is paramount. You will implement intelligent caching strategies using Redis to optimize data retrieval and application responsiveness. Furthermore, you will leverage Amazon S3 for efficient storage and retrieval of large artifacts, ensuring our Web Gateway remains lean, highly responsive, and architected for substantial growth.
• • You will drive technical discussions and decisions, contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap. This includes evaluating new technologies, advocating for best practices, and mentoring junior engineers. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of code quality, test coverage, and system stability.
• • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial ideation and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• • Champion best practices in software development, including clean code principles, test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and security best practices. Your commitment to quality will ensure the robustness and integrity of our platform.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to ensure system uptime and performance.
• • Contribute to the evolution of our core technology stack, which includes React 19, TypeScript, Vite-based React applications, and Tailwind CSS for the frontend; .NET 9 (C#) with Minimal APIs and Entity Framework Core for the backend; RabbitMQ and Redis for asynchronous processing and caching; and PostgreSQL and Amazon S3 for data storage and management.
