• As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Gradion, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications and platforms. You will work on diverse projects for our enterprise clients, ranging from innovative startups to established unicorns, tackling complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional digital solutions.
• This role demands a seasoned professional who can not only write clean, efficient, and maintainable code but also contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• You will be a key player in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients' digital transformation journeys and Gradion's reputation as a leader in deep tech and digital innovation.
• Responsibilities will include designing and implementing user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks, developing and maintaining server-side logic and databases, integrating with third-party services and APIs, and ensuring the overall quality, security, and performance of our applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered web applications.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails).
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL), including experience with ORMs and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding principles is desirable.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions is highly valued.
