- • Build and improve modern web applications, backend services, APIs, and data models across client projects
- • Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers based on evolving client project needs
- • Advise clients on suitable technologies, architectural approaches, and delivery methodologies for digital products and platforms
- • Contribute to cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production system reliability
- • Debug, test, monitor, and optimize production-grade systems to ensure high availability and performance
- • Develop products or tooling for customer-facing services, internal platforms, identity systems, martech, customer support, analytics, online stores, integrations, or developer SDKs
- • Collaborate directly with client tech teams, business stakeholders, designers, product managers, and cross-functional disciplines
- • Clarify ambiguous requirements and translate them into functional, high-quality software solutions
- • Take ownership of delivery outcomes while ensuring team support and inclusive collaboration
- • Apply modern development practices, including the use of AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance productivity and code quality
- • Engage in consultative client interactions, providing technical leadership and pragmatic decision-making in high-stakes environments
- • Work on diverse domains including ecommerce, subscriptions, internal platforms, analytics, and developer tooling
- • Maintain technical credibility by actively contributing to hands-on development, not just oversight or architecture
- • Adapt to hybrid work models involving office, client site, and remote work depending on project and team requirements
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in fluent English with international teams and clients
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in modern frontend development with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or comparable technologies
- • Strong experience in backend service development with Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, Python, or comparable technologies
- • Proven experience building, shipping, and improving production-grade digital products
- • Comfort working across the full delivery lifecycle from implementation to testing, deployment, and production operations
- • Understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, and production system operations
- • Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders in a senior, consultative role
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous technical or product situations
- • Hands-on mindset with active contribution to development work
- • Fluent verbal and written English skills for international collaboration
