- • Design scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures for AI-powered web and mobile applications used by enterprise clients such as Nasdaq Private Market and Blackpoint Cyber.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams (Tech Lead, Product Manager, Designer, Engineers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions that leverage AI models for enhanced functionality.
- • Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) into production applications to enable NLP, image recognition, and other AI-driven features that deliver measurable user value.
- • Implement prompt engineering and embedding techniques to customize model outputs without training models from scratch, ensuring alignment with client-specific use cases.
- • Build and optimize vector databases in PostgreSQL for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve accuracy and context awareness in AI responses.
- • Use Hugging Face’s Transformers to fine-tune and adapt pre-trained models to specific project requirements, such as domain-specific text classification or document analysis.
- • Process and transform unstructured data (text, images) into structured, model-ready formats suitable for ingestion by AI pipelines.
- • Validate and quality-assure AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet business objectives, legal compliance standards, and end-user expectations.
- • Optimize server-side logic in Node.js to reduce latency, improve throughput, and ensure seamless integration with AI tools during high-traffic scenarios.
- • Develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and React Native, with a focus on clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- • Utilize GraphQL and tRPC for efficient data fetching and state management across client and server layers.
- • Deploy and monitor applications on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring performance, security, and scalability for AI-integrated workflows.
- • Work within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative product improvements, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- • Actively experiment with AI-powered developer tools such as Figma MCP Server, Playwright MCP Server, and Cursor to enhance team productivity and innovation velocity.
- • Explore the use of remote AI agents to automate repetitive engineering tasks and augment decision-making in product development cycles.
- • Engage in technical discovery sessions with clients to identify opportunities for AI integration in early-stage product features.
- • Maintain high standards of code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- • Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, API updates, and architectural patterns in AI-first software development.
- • Communicate technical trade-offs and implementation options clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
- • Drive proactive problem-solving by identifying inefficiencies in current AI workflows and proposing data-driven improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of engineering experience
- • 3+ years building web solutions using Node.js and React
- • Hands-on experience integrating AI models or AI-powered services (LLM APIs, Hugging Face, Langchain) into production applications
- • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and React Native
- • Experience with vector databases in PostgreSQL for RAG
- • Strong English communication skills
