• As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on our newly formed Enterprise team, you will be instrumental in developing the core features that empower our largest and most sophisticated clients, driving the evolution of Hatch into an enterprise-grade solution.
• This is a unique opportunity to leverage your full-stack expertise to build robust, scalable, and secure functionalities, including multi-location management, advanced administrative controls, and sophisticated permission systems, directly impacting the success of our enterprise clientele.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of critical enterprise features, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment, ensuring a seamless and powerful experience for businesses with complex operational needs.
• Dive deep into frontend development, crafting intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring a high-quality user experience for administrators and managers.
• Design and build comprehensive admin consoles that provide granular control over user access, permissions, and business configurations, tailored to the demands of enterprise-level operations.
• Develop robust backend APIs using modern technologies like Go, Python, or Node.js, engineered to handle the scale and complexity of enterprise data and workflows.
• Implement and enhance critical security features such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), safeguarding sensitive customer data and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Architect and implement multi-tenant and multi-location management capabilities, enabling our enterprise clients to efficiently manage numerous business locations and user hierarchies within a single, unified platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex enterprise requirements into elegant and effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of intuitive User Experience (UX) flows for intricate enterprise workflows, ensuring that powerful functionality is accessible and easy to manage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security patterns, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and designing multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud services, with a preference for AWS.
