📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications for enterprise clients using C# and .NET Core on the backend and JavaScript with React (or Angular) on the frontend.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs that integrate with CMS platforms, third-party services, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Implement and maintain content-driven digital experiences by integrating Umbraco CMS, with a strong preference for hands-on Umbraco experience.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications with strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions for client projects, ensuring maintainable and scalable codebases.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold engineering quality standards and promote best practices across development teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, producers, and fellow engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing priorities effectively while proactively communicating progress, risks, blockers, and recommendations.
• Ensure code quality through testing, performance optimization, and adherence to development best practices including CI/CD workflows using Git.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple client projects.
• Deliver high-quality digital solutions in a fast-paced digital agency environment with frequent client interactions and evolving requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement of reusable frontend component libraries or design system implementations where applicable.
• Optimize web performance, page speed, and overall user experience for enterprise-level digital products.
• Engage with AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development workflow when utilized on projects.
• Support accessibility standards and responsive design best practices in all frontend implementations.
• Work remotely with a global team of 600+ tech professionals based in Latin America, delivering solutions to U.S.-based enterprise clients.
• Maintain a results-oriented mindset, driving work from initial requirements through final delivery with strong ownership and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a developer
• Strong professional experience with C# and .NET Core
• Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript and React (Angular experience is also acceptable)
• Experience integrating CMS platforms, with Umbraco experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
