• As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Maximus Tribe, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our innovative telemedicine platform, dedicated to optimizing men's health, wellness, and hormones. • Your primary responsibility will be to write and ship high-quality code, contributing across the entire codebase to deliver complete features and significant changes. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, where code quality, reliability, and maintainability are paramount. This includes a strong emphasis on writing comprehensive unit tests, automated integration tests, and embracing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming when beneficial for the team's productivity and the project's success. You will be expected to continuously invest in the demonstrable quality and reliability of the system, ensuring our platform is not only functional but also exceptionally stable.
• Data management and customer privacy are critical. You will be expected to keep these considerations at the forefront of your work, implementing best practices to protect sensitive customer information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This involves a deep understanding of secure coding practices and a commitment to safeguarding user data at every stage of development.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product software development, with a strong focus on public consumer web applications.
• Proven expertise in back-end development with Ruby on Rails and Ruby. Experience with GCP, AWS, and Postgres is essential.
• Significant front-end experience using React, Redux, and ImmutableJS.
• Demonstrated experience with unit testing and integration testing methodologies. Familiarity with or a strong interest in Test-Driven Development (TDD) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, resourceful attitude with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in an autonomous, ambiguous environment.
