- • As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the Vendor Risk Management team, you will drive complex, end-to-end projects across Vanta’s technical stack to help software buyers continuously monitor and mitigate risks in their vendor supply chains.
- • You will lead ambiguous initiatives, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and operate with high ownership to shape solutions and deliver impact without needing detailed direction.
- • You will collaborate with distributed teams across the UK, US, Canada, and Israel using async-first practices, contributing to shared engineering initiatives and scalable product primitives.
- • You will raise the bar for code quality, system design, and operational excellence while mentoring teammates and helping shape Vanta’s engineering culture during rapid growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-stack experience with strong backend expertise
- • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery spanning multiple weeks or months
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in distributed, async-first work environments
- • Track record of building user-facing SaaS products for both startups and enterprise customers
- • Experience building 0→1 products and scaling systems in fast-paced environments with a bias for action
- • Openness to using AI responsibly to enhance productivity and decision-making
