• • Qodeworld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Java Engineer to join our rapidly expanding remote team. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated software applications and systems tailored to meet the complex needs of our enterprise SaaS human services clients.
• • You will be instrumental in providing technical leadership, guiding the entire software development lifecycle from initial design and integration through to implementation and seamless transition. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting flexible and configurable solutions that span data creation, intricate integrations, dynamic workflows, robust notifications, and resilient data persistence layers.
• • A key responsibility will be to deeply understand and synthesize diverse integration requirements. You will then translate these into actionable recommendations, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives, the product roadmap, the established solution architecture, and critical technical considerations.
• • You will actively contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our platform's functionality, leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and cutting-edge tools. This includes specifying, developing, and meticulously troubleshooting API integrations within a complex ecosystem involving multiple interconnected systems.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including client representatives, strategic partners, product managers, creative designers, the platform architect, and fellow software engineers, fostering a cohesive and productive development environment.
