- • As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be a pivotal contributor to building scalable, secure, and user-centric applications that empower patients and researchers alike, directly impacting how health data is accessed, shared, and utilized for breakthrough medical discoveries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full-stack features using Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud; taking ownership of end-to-end feature lifecycle from concept to production and maintenance; contributing innovative solutions to enhance product performance, usability, and reliability; implementing rigorous coding, testing, and CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable deliverables; partnering with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical specifications; and staying current with emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in digital health.
- • You will work within a mission-driven, fast-growing engineering team at Novellia, backed by top-tier investors including Spark Capital and Khosla Ventures, where your contributions will help scale a platform already trusted by leading researchers and pharmaceutical partners, with data published in prestigious forums like ASCO and SABCS/AACR.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a startup or high-growth environment.
- • Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform (or comparable cloud technologies).
- • Proven track record of delivering high-impact, production-grade software projects from inception to launch.
- • Strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and a proactive ownership mindset.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- • Passion for product development and a commitment to engineering excellence, best practices, and continuous learning.
- • Experience in digital health, health tech, or FHIR-based systems is a strong plus.
- • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation to support system reliability and uptime.
- • Desire to help build and shape an engineering team from the ground up in a mission-driven startup.
