- • As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer on Vanta's Privacy & Data Security team in London, you will be an early member of our growing European presence, partnering with product, design, and engineering to drive the discovery and development of privacy features that expand Vanta's value for customers by enabling them to improve and prove their security and trustworthiness.
- • You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the full technical stack, set technical direction for critical surface areas to support rapid growth, design and own new product functionality using modern frameworks like TypeScript, React, and Node.js, mentor engineers, and contribute to shaping Vanta's engineering culture as we scale.
- • Vanta is a mission-driven company founded in 2018 to help businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification, empowering companies to practice better security and demonstrate compliance with standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 via our Trust Management Platform.

- • In this role, you will accelerate your career by tackling high-impact, greenfield projects in a fast-scaling environment with proven product-market fit, gaining deep expertise in privacy engineering, fullstack development, and technical leadership while contributing to a product that secures the internet and protects consumer data at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
- • Proven experience in technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects
- • Background in startup environments or settings that prioritize a bias for action
- • Experience working on greenfield projects from inception to launch
- • Interest in or prior experience with security, privacy, or data protection domains
- • Openness to using AI responsibly to amplify skills, improve efficiency, and enhance impact with sound judgment
